The same thing happens in my work schedule. I don’t expect a group to come in, have a one-on-one, get it, go out to work, release all the office, do all the things, have all the confidence. No, I want them to come in and start. Not sure what to expect. You don’t really know, but knowing that they have a way of knowing, knowing that it won’t be easy. They may want to know what they don’t know, and they may want their answers. They can find solutions that take them from the beginning to the other side.
